A Garden Tea Party at Cactus Ridge

Garden Tea Party at Cactus Ridge Retirement 

On April 11th Viveka had a very busy day as we were attending three different town events. First was the indoor Garden Tea Party which was being hosted by Cactus Ridge Retirement Residence which was located downtown. Viveka and I had no formal invitation but knew the event was open to the public so we decided to head there around noon (the event was taking place between 10 - 3 p.m.) The event promised to be an interesting affair hosting local vendors with booths set up inside the main area of the building and a Free Photo booth for people to take goofy pictures. 

Upon entering the building we were both awe struck by the intricate and eye catching Tea themed Decor that was found through out the venue

It was like everywhere we looked you saw a Tea Cup hidden somewhere. It was super beautiful and really helped connect the event which was spread out between 3 different areas. 
During the event Viveka and I spoke briefly to each different vendor that was set up and we made sure to get business cards from people. I was also happy to see one of my fellow cast mates there with her small business of making and selling leggings.  
I also ran into my cousins at the event where my cousin was selling Tupperware from her small business of Oliver Tupperware.
Before we left the event Viveka and I took a few different pictures in the Photo booth room which was fully stocked with plenty of fun costumes and things to use to dress up.

We had an extremely enjoyable time whilst attending the Cactus Ridge Garden Tea Party. We would like to commend Cactus Ridge Retirement Residence for putting on such a fabulous event and just mention how proud we are of the Garden Tea Party for encouraging the Young and the old to get together for some family fun :) Lastly we would just like to say  Thank you for such a warm welcome during our time at the Garden Tea Party.
